Shipping
Laradacky processes orders Monday through Friday only. Please allow up to 3 days for processing your order. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Standard shipping is sent by UPS Ground. If you would like to have your order shipped more quickly, please contact us to make arrangements.
All items are Made to Order and will take at least 2-4 weeks to receive your order. If you need your order faster, please contact us with the requested delivery date and we will try to make it happen.
Packaging Details:
We ship all items in biodegradable peanuts. Please make sure to dispose of them properly. Please recycle or reuse the boxes. We recommend the waxed canvas bags be kept in case our boards need to travel, which in our case, is often.
Returns
We love our objects and we hope you will always be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. At this time we do not offer refunds.
The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@laradacky.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. All sale items and special orders are final sale.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at info@laradacky.com or at 303-204.2035 and we'll arrange to replace the goods or to refund your purchase.
